We used to have 3 minutes (literally) delivery all over the universe (including Alderaan and Tatooine)!
But, unfortunately, a while ago something strange happened! Our best deliverers, Han Solo and Chewbacca, decided to leave the team and their exciting jobs, took the Millennium Falcon and joined some kind of weird epic space opera called Star Wars … or something like that!
Since then, we’re forced to use regular postal services, so shipping times are a bit longer than they used to be!!!

Where do we ship:
We ship internationally, to most countries of the world. If you try to place an order and your country is not in our drop down list, is not because we don’t love you and we don’t want to sell you our amazing lights. It’s more because we do not have a shipping quote to your country yet. In such situation, please let us know by email (http://www.rustiklight.com/contact) and we’ll take care of it right away.
How long does it take:
HANDLING TIME: Our inventory is made of high quality products, most of them built or finished manually. Due to the complexity of wood and iron manufacturing, as well as limited storage warehouse facilities our products may require a 3-5 days handling period before they get shipped. We’ll let you know by email if our manufacturer needs needs a couple of days more to fulfill your order.
SHIPPING TIME: Shipping times vary between 4 and 15 business days depending on shipping service, customer location, forwarder availability and so on.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
There are a few things to be aware of, however: you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be. The best way to do so is to get in touch with your local authorities and ask them about it.
All items with a value of more than $100 are shipped with signature required if possible (sometimes this is not possible due to local postal services procedures, but we do our best to stick to this rule); please plan accordingly and make sure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods. In particular cases, we can remove the signature requirement on request; please contact us as soon as possible (http://www.rustiklight.com/contact) and include your order number. Please note that, in this case, you will be accepting all responsibilities regarding your ordered goods.
