While we are not big fans of returns, exchanges and refunds, be assured we’ll work hard and do our best to help you solve any situation and make it a WIN-WIN for everybody, if the circumstance requires it!

Take this story for example – not many know, but we were the undercover guys helping Magneto and Professor X become friends again after 50 years of constant fighting! Amazing, isn’t it?

Let me tell you how this works and what you need to do to help us better help you:
- We accept returns for exchanges or refunds.
- We do not charge any exchange processing fees, restocking fees or payment fees.
- We do not refund original shipping fees (that would be difficult as the postal services have that money)!
- We cover return (when you send us back the products) and re-send (when we send you the new items) shipping fees if the exchange is caused by us. This happens if we send you the wrong product, if the products have manufacturing fault, if the products are not functional.
- The customer covers the return (when he/she sends us back the products) and re-send (when we send him/her the new items) shipping fees when the exchange is not caused by us. This happens in the following cases: a different color or model are requested, the customer changes his/her mind, the customer no longer wants the item, the customer doesn’t like the site.
- Items must be returned within 15 days from the package receipt.
- Return merchandise must be intact, must include all accessories and should be in its original packaging with all securing and safety materials included.
- When you return a package we recommend you insure it, as RustikLight.com will not be held responsible if your return does not reach our warehouse.
What to do to return a product:
1) CONTACT US first to let us know about the issue and to get the return information as we process returns in different locations.
2) Secure the products in their original packaging, include all elements and accessories and return the package
3) We’ll call you know as soon as we receive it and we’ll help you throughout the exchange or refund process.
